About VeriReplay Governance

Building the governance and reliability layer for agentic decision workflows — so financial institutions can deploy AI-driven pipelines with full auditability and confidence.

Our Story

Agentic decision systems in financial services are growing more complex every quarter. Underwriting pipelines, AML investigation workflows, and credit decisioning processes now span multiple models, rule engines, data sources, and generated narratives — all orchestrated by AI agents that make consequential decisions at scale.

VeriReplay was founded by governance and engineering practitioners who experienced firsthand how difficult it is to diagnose, validate, and explain multi-step AI decisions when outcomes go wrong. Existing monitoring tools track individual model metrics but miss the full orchestration context. When a regulatory examiner asks “why did this decision change?” the answer shouldn’t require weeks of manual log reconstruction.

We built VeriReplay to close that gap: a purpose-built governance layer that captures complete decision traces, replays them deterministically, attributes changes to specific steps, and produces exam-ready evidence — so teams can release safely and defend every decision with confidence.

Mission & Values

The principles that guide how we build, communicate, and support our customers.

Precision

Every trace, every version, every delta — captured with full fidelity. We believe governance starts with accurate, unambiguous data.

Trust

Verifiable evidence and clear provenance in every artifact we produce. No hidden steps, no obscured versions.

Action

Prioritized insights and clear next steps. Diagnosis without remediation paths is incomplete.

Composure

Complex information presented calmly and clearly. Progressive disclosure for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.

Our Approach

Three principles that shape every product and design decision we make.

  1. 1

Explainability over novelty: every surface answers 'what changed' and 'what to do next.'

  2. 2

Provenance first: versioning, owners, and approvals always visible alongside data and model artifacts.

  3. 3

Metrics-driven governance: quantified deltas — business impact and fairness — next to qualitative explanations.
